Three emails for The Ministry of Chocolate.

The algorithm decides how many of your followers see your next post. Your email list doesn't: it goes straight to people who asked to hear from you, and it's yours to keep. Here are three emails built from your own photos, words and prices. Scroll inside each phone to see the whole email.

Welcome

The welcome that never arrived

Delivers the WELCOME10 code your popup promises, tells Drew and Karin's story and turns a new sign-up into a first order over $49.99.

Black Friday

Subscribers get first pick

Gives your list early access to the bundles already marked down on your site, so Black Friday week starts with orders, not discounts.

Your first month is on results.

If you've got 1,000 or more subscribers and customers who've opted in to hear from you, I'll set up the welcome email and send these campaigns, plus one more, to that list across Black Friday and the lead-up to Christmas. If they don't bring in more than my monthly fee of $750*, you don't pay. No lock-in, no risk to you.

I owned my own cafés for close to a decade. Business owner to business owner, I wouldn't put this forward if I didn't think it would pay for itself.

*How it's measured: every email gets its own tracked links, plus a code just for these emails where it fits. Before anything goes out, we agree what counts: orders placed through those links or codes during the first month. The figures come straight from your own store and email platform (Shopify, Klaviyo or similar), so you see exactly what I see.

Who counts toward the 1,000: anyone who has said yes to marketing from you, through your newsletter sign-up or at checkout, and who hasn't unsubscribed. Under 1,000? We start with the welcome email and growing your list from the orders you already take, at the standard monthly fee, and I'll tell you straight if email isn't worth it for you yet.

Reply to my email or write to hello@theserviceedit.com, and we'll find 15 minutes.
